At Vallence, we work with carefully selected manufacturing and logistics partners across Europe, the United States and Asia to ensure reliable delivery and premium quality standards.

For European orders, products may be shipped directly from regional warehouses whenever available.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

European Union 7–10 business days

Please note:

  • deliveries to islands or remote areas may require additional time
  • seasonal demand, customs procedures, weather conditions or carrier delays may occasionally affect delivery times

Tracking Information

Tracking details are sent via email once your order has been shipped.

You may also track your order directly through our website using your tracking number.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly during checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may choose between:

  • reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply)
  • refund excluding original shipping costs

Failed Delivery Attempts

Delivery carriers may attempt delivery once before redirecting the package to a local pickup location.

Packages not collected within the carrier’s holding period may be returned to the sender.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Depending on your region, international orders may occasionally be subject to customs duties, VAT or import taxes.

If this occurs, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist you with the best possible solution.


Split Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages depending on warehouse availability and product combination.

In these cases, separate tracking numbers may be provided.


Delays Beyond 30 Days

If your package is significantly delayed beyond 30 business days, you may choose between:

  • free reshipment
  • full refund
